Not only were you extremely knowledgeable in weight training techniques and routines, but you also made sure I was working on endurance training, my compound strength and mobility, and stretching. i had no idea where to start but you guided me through it all. you were open with my schedule and we worked great together over the course of several months. at the end, i was very satisfied with my training and my progress.
