At Continuance Dance and Athletics (CDA), we focus on developing artist-athletes by integrating dance, strength training, and overall wellness. Complimentary Assessment vs. Orientation:

  • Assessment is a 45-minute movement evaluation and consultation.

  • Orientation is a 30-minute intro session on equipment and basic movements.
