Our Journey:
From Passion to Purpose
-
Continuance Dance and Athletics (CDA) was born from a passion for movement and a dedication to helping artists and athletes achieve their fullest potential. Here’s how our story unfolded:
-
2020: The Beginning
Amid the challenges of the pandemic, Richard Pasalo launched Rich Pasalo Training to inspire movement and wellness during uncertain times. What began as a personal mission to stay active and creative quickly grew into a space for others to connect with their physical and creative potential. -
2021: The Evolution to Receptive Performance Training (RPT)
As the demand for specialized training grew, Rich transitioned into Receptive Performance Training (RPT). During this time, he trained and connected with many dancers seeking to enhance their overall athleticism and performance. These connections solidified his passion for dance and highlighted the powerful relationship between fitness and artistry, laying the groundwork for something greater. -
2024: Becoming Continuance Dance and Athletics (CDA)
Through years of growth, Rich realized he could be his truest self by fully embracing both dance and fitness. This realization led to the creation of Continuance Dance and Athletics (CDA), where artistry and athleticism converge. CDA represents the culmination of this journey—a space where artist-athletes can thrive in their health, performance, and community. -
Today, CDA is more than a business—it’s a home for artist-athletes to grow, connect, and achieve their dreams. We invite you to join us on this journey as we continue to inspire growth, creativity, and connection.
