As the Founder and CEO of Continuance Dance Company, Rich Pasalo oversees the strategic direction and overall mission of the company. He is responsible for developing the artistic and athletic philosophy that guides the training and performance of company members. Rich ensures that the company’s programs align with the vision of fostering continuous growth—physically, mentally, artistically, and athletically—for its dancers. In addition to providing mentorship and leadership, Rich collaborates with the Dance Directors to curate choreography and performance opportunities, emphasizing excellence and community impact.

As Co-owner and Administrative Director of Continuance Dance Company, Alannah Pasalo manages the operational and administrative aspects of the organization. She oversees scheduling, logistics, and member communications to ensure the company operates efficiently and effectively. Alannah is also responsible for financial planning and budget management, supporting the company’s sustainability and growth. Her role includes coordinating events, maintaining organizational policies, and ensuring a positive experience for dancers, staff, and community members.
